I've uploaded a program called DISKwipe - it allows you to free up space taken up by files 'deleted' by Windows - I freed up about 600MB on my hard-disk. When you run the program it sounds quite scary - it sounded like it was about to wipe my hard disk, as the name suggests - but it doesn't delete anything that hasn't already been deleted (as far as I know).
