Slow Progress
Sorry for the lack of updates everyone, I've just moved house and NTL are being unfeasibly slow in coming round to install a phone line. Needless to say getting to an internet connection is not easy, rest assured I'll do my best to keep the site up to date with all the latest transfer news and events in the wonderful world of footie.
Canadian international Tomasz Radzinski has signed for Everton in a deal worth aprroximately 4.5m, he'll be wearing the infamous Alex Nyarko's number 8 shirt next season. Nyarko has failed to turn up for pre-season training and has been fined 30,000 by the meseysiders.
Christian Ziege has passed a medical and completed his move from Liverpool to Spurs for about 4m. Liverpool and England striker Michael Owen has expressed his concern of Liverpool's lack of transfer action over the summer. Jamie Redknapp is back from injury but with him and Gerrard in the middle of the park I can safely say that Liverpool have the most injury prone midfield in the Premiership - cover for that position must surely be in Houllier's thoughts.
Japanese international and rising star Junichi Inamoto looks certain to join Arsenal in a 4m move as soon as the Japanese season finishes mid July. In the meantime Patrick Vieira has reported for training, I'm not even going to try and guess what exactly is going on with him.
